- That the Romancing With Roar, Proprietor Sri Kaushik Dey, son of Sri Rasaraj Dey, having its office at 68/71, Jessore Road, Kolkata – 700074 is the absolute Owner of the said camera, lens & accessories at all times, The Hirer / Borrower has no right, title or interest on the said equipment. The Owner does not have or make any claim to images or video made by the borrower while using the equipment.
- That the Hirer / Borrower must check the camera, lens & accessories etc. before receive the same and after receiving the said articles the said Owner is not any way be responsible for any defects or deficiencies of the said articles.
- That the Hirer / Borrower is not allowed to re-hire or sub-hire the articles to the third party or parties.
- The Hirer / Borrower shall be responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment i.e. camera, lens & accessories throughout the rental period and he or she or they will be solely responsible and liable to the Owner for all loss or damage to the aforesaid camera, lens & accessories caused by the Hirer / Borrower and in that case the Hirer / Borrower must pay the amount of repairing/loss/damage charges along with rental charges the number of days for the said equipments will be lying for repairing/to bring back to the previous condition to the Owner.
- If the Hirer / Borrower cancel the booking in that case he, she or they shall pay the 50% rental fee to the Owner.
- That the Hirer / Borrower shall pick-up the camera, lens & equipments before the rental date between 5.00 P.M. to 7.00 P.M. and return the same after the day of rental between 11.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M.
- The Hirer / Borrower must book the camera, lens & equipments at least prior three days from the date of start of rental period and in that case the Hirer / Borrower must pay advance amount 50% of the total rental amount.
- That the hirer / Borrower must submit his/her/their proper identification, address proof and one post dated cheque of his own bank A/C where the cost of Camera, Lens and Equipment to be written/mentioned before receive the articles from the Owner; else the Owner will not be responsible to deliver the camera, lens & equipments to the Hirer / Borrower. Hence hiring contract to be cancelled and in that case advanced amount not to be refunded.
- That the camera, lens & equipments must return to the Owner within the scheduled time and if not do the same in that case the owner shall be charged cost for the extra period or time from the Hirer / Borrower.
- That the Owner is not liable or responsible for any unlawful work of the Hirer / borrower regarding the said camera, lens & equipments.
